This is a long-term development program built around structure, accountability, and exposure. We train year-round, simulate game situations in practice, and help players understand what it takes to get recruited — and stay recruited.

At DRIP 941, we don’t throw random kids on rosters. Every team is built with purpose — and every practice is designed to make players better. From 10U to 13U, we build complete ballplayers, one rep at a time.
13U Drip 941 – AAA/Majors team
13U Drip AA – AA team
12U Drip 941– Competitive team, upper-tier AA
10U Drip 941 – Entry-level team with a focus on foundation and IQ
We separate teams by skill, not by favoritism. If your player is ready for more, they’ll earn their shot. We reward development and we move players up when they show it on the field.
In-Season (Fall + Spring):
2–3 Team Practices per week
Required at-home training expectations
Fast-paced, structured reps built around game situations
Every player is coached with intention and held accountable
Offseason (Summer):
2x/week workouts for 8 weeks
Lower volume, high efficiency
Video analysis, movement work, and mental approach
Optional private lessons and performance training available
